About Us
Ace Wellness Services is a registered NDIS provider run by two highly skilled, experienced and trusted Registered Nurses, Marcelo Aguanta and Subbu Chockalingam. Together, they have:
- More than 60 years of combined front- line and management experience in the hospital and community nursing settings.
- Gained international healthcare skills and recognition across three continents, having provided expert support in the UK, Ireland, Philippines, India and now Australia.
Not only are they clinically trained, Marcelo, Subbu and the Ace Wellness team provide genuine care to clients.
Because they have seen first-hand how complex disability and the healthcare system can be.
They are driven to help others navigate this – on their terms, to reach their goals.

The Ace Wellness story
“Disability” is a clinical term. While clinical care is important, our wholistic approach focuses on celebrating and building on the abilities of the people we support.
That’s why we decided to call our service Ace Wellness.
We pride ourselves on putting people first, assessing their unique needs, and working with them to improve their total wellness – including their physical, mental, emotional and psychosocial wellbeing.
We partner with people to ace life by giving them the tools and support they need to be the very best version of themselves.
